About Us

We are a group of Englewood business owners from ACE (Alliance for Commerce in Englewood), MODE (Merchants of Downtown Englewood) and Englewood Chamber of Commerce seeking all Englewood business owners interested in participating and organizing in a Small Business Saturday event on November 24, 2018.

We would like to draw more shoppers to our unique shops and restaurants in Englewood! As a group, we can register with American Express and recieve free Small Business Saturday swag to give away. The Aurora-South Metro SBDC (Small Business Development Center) and the City of Englewood will also help to promote and send out press releases to get media attention for the event.

9:30 am Mayor, Welcome all to Small Business Saturday, Read the City Proclamation – Remarks (3-5 min)
9:35 am City Councilmember (optional) - Remarks (3-5 min)
9:40 am TBD (if available) U.S Small Business Administration representative – Remarks (3-5 min)
9:45 am Englewood Chamber President/CEO - Remarks (3-5 min)
9:50 am Retail Contact (Association Rep or Lead Retail location) - Tour of several stores, restaurants, services with VIP’s and Media (interviews occur on the tour with VIP’s and Retailers)
10:15am End of event and begin shopping!
